Today will be an interesting day. I have an unexpected doctor appointment today. My world may be in upheaval later today. I was at the gym today and I had a great workout. In fact I had a great week of working out at the gym. Well today I took time to inspect my feet which I do frequently because of all the surgeries that I have had.
